What is the difference between a Trade item and a Logistic Unit?

Trade item: any item (product or service) which is traded between a supplier and a buyer, which can be ordered and invoiced based on a trading agreement.
 
Logistic unit: a composition of one or more trade items, which are to be delivered by transport and/or stored to fulfill a trade agreement.
